Administrative & Operational Framework

However, Swami Agnivesh dreams to develop a cadre of dedicated Agents of Transformation who can perform their social responsibilities as an autonomous entity (i. e. there would be no headquarter and head of the organization. Every member’s heart would work as “Heart Quarter”); it is required to develop a guiding framework for every Agents of Transformation to implement the activities of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam at their respective area of work. Administrative and Operational Framework supports the organizer to ensure optimized performance through group operations and decision making as well as the efficient organization of people and other resources, to direct activities toward common goals and objectives.

Key Area of Responsibilities of the Agents of Transformations would be to implement the activities planned under the concept of “Vasudhaiva Kutumabakam.” It is expected from them to organize and involve people from their surroundings, mobilize resources and implement the activities of School of Applied Spirituality to achieve the goals of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam. Since, there are certain factors which determine the organizational behavior of the people associated with any group or organization and potential challenges associated with human psychology couldn’t be underestimated. To reduce the probabilities of disputes among the members of the group; The Agents of Transformation will have to establish a Organizational Structure, and adapt/incorporate/implement certain Standard Operational Protocols as developed by School of Applied Spirituality. It is advisable to refer the model of Community Based Organization like; Self Help Groups (SHGs) for resource mobilization and good governance of the group.

For Coordination Purposes among the Agents of Transformation; an Organizational Structure of School of Applied Spirituality is being presented here. Individuals would be selected by Swami Agnivesh to bear different Roles and Responsibilities as specified in this document. Irrespective of nationality, religion, caste, class, economic status, educational status, sex and age; any Agents of Transformation could bear any Specified Portfolio as specified in this document. These members would be elected, selected, or nominated by the Global Family of School of Applied Spirituality. The Organizational Structure developed by Agents of Transformation could be upgraded to higher level as per the grading of their performance.

Note: Standard Modus Operandi, Eligibility Criteria, Selection Procedure and Roles and Responsibilities of Agents of Transform holding different portfolios would be developed once the Structure is finalized.
